Payment

At this time we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you would like to get in touch with us about a different billing method please feel free to contact us.

Sales Tax

We do not charge sales tax on orders outside the state of California. Greetings from OGA is only required to collect sales tax on orders to ship within the state of California.

Returns & Exchanges

Greetings from OGA does not accept returns and exchanges for international orders at this time.

Greetings from OGA accepts returns within 14 days of receipt for purchases within the United States, given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please send your order and your packing slip to the address listed below. Once we receive the product, we will notify you by email and issue a refund on your card, though shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.

If you are looking to make an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, please note which item(s) you would like to receive on your original packing slip.

Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.
